We should not take the word "Siksa Guru" lightly. It seems that people have
started thinking that whoever is instructing is a "Siksa Guru". According
to ISKCON's regulations, "Siksa Guru" is a very big responsibility. This
position is granted only after a lot of procedures. Whoever is instructing
you is not a "Siksa Guru" even if they are posing as one. They are just
monitors like you have a monitor in a class.
