Hi.
Everyone in my personal experience Kriya yoga is a science of
body .
Actually i live near one greatest kriya yoga instructor house near
Lahiri Mahasaya ji...
he is well known person in the field of Kriya Yoga. I have learnt form
his book and lots of idea and new view of life i have gotten from
him...
right now i am self teacher of yoga and also teaching people about
kriya yoga since last 12 year in this holy city varanasi, near the
bank on Ganga
also i run one school for the poor , street and slums children where i
give them better education , food and try to make them self depend
i am posting this letter to all of you ..just only tell you that
kriya yoga is one of the best technique of yoga .... please try it
once a short time and see a big changes in you life
