Egyptian troops enter Sinai in force
Egyptian forces descended on the Sinai Peninsula Sunday, Aug. 14, for their
first post-Mubarak operation to retake control of the territory from lawless
and terrorist elements rampant there since the Egyptian revolution and
responsible for sabotaging the Egyptian gas pipeline to Israel, Jordan and
Syria.
Monday, three Egyptian army brigades of 1,700 men backed by tanks, an equal
number of special policemen and 3,400 security personnel drove into the
northern towns of El Arish, Sheikh Zuweid and Rafah, which is divided
between Egypt and the Gaza Strip. In their first clashes with Islamic
Liberation Army gunmen, they killed one and detained 11, four of them
Palestinians, he Egyptian military communiqué reported.
debkafile's military sources add that three Egyptian officers were kidnapped
in the clash – whether they were killed or held as hostages is unknown.
For two years, debkafile's counter-terror sources have been reporting on the
burgeoning concentration of al Qaeda cells and affiliates in Sinai and the
Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip. The 2,200 Egyptian troops maintained there after
Feb. 14 to maintain order and guard the Egyptian natural gas pipeline to
Israel, Jordan and Syria were easily overpowered The facility was sabotaged
five times and supplies remain cut off.
Restoring a semblance of law and order to northern Sinai will be the easy
part of the Egyptian military mission – for which Cairo obtained prior
Israeli permission as mandated under their peace accord
The hard part is ahead when in the coming weeks the units head south to
flush out the Islamist invaders holed up in the central Sinai mountains to
which they withdrew last week after being tipped off that large-scale
Egyptian forces were coming.
On the narrow mountain trails, the soldiers will have their work cut out to
contend with 2,000 well-organized and heavily armed Islamist gunmen.
The forbidding central Sinai range of precipitous peaks, from 1,000 to 2,642
meters tall, covers 21,000 square kilometers. The terrain has deep wadis,
dense shrubbery, abundant natural water and plenty of animals for food.
Judged in terms of the war in Afghanistan, a Taliban force this size in
control of a region twice the area of the Taliban stronghold of North
Waziristan would pose a prohibitive challenge even to a full-scale NATO
army.
Egyptian forces have fought for control of these mountains several times but
failed, ending up with accommodations of sorts with the 350,000 Bedouin
tribes sheltering the Islamists and sharing in their smuggling trade. The
tribes always came out of these deals in control of the region.
Our military sources therefore expect this first wave of Egyptian armored
forces into Sinai to be followed by more - if Cairo's rulers seriously
intend to recapture the strategic peninsula and expunge the al Qaeda
presence.
There is no way this can be accomplished, according to our military experts,
without air might. The terrorists' hideouts will have to be bombed from the
air and combat helicopters provide cover for armored units moving along the
isolated Sinai trails; drones will be needed to gather intelligence on enemy
movements.
Cairo will have to apply to Jerusalem for permission to deploy air might in
Sinai for the first time since the territory was demilitarized under their
peace accord.
debkafile's military sources report that the Islamic Liberation Army - which
has declared its objective as the seizure of all of Sinai and its
transformation into a Muslim Caliphate - is a conglomerate of five terrorist
groups:
1. Indigenous Bedouin tribes who have a score to settle with the Egyptian
army;
2. Palestinians from the Gaza Strip drawn into extremist Salafi sects which
are integral parts of al Qaeda.
3. Hundreds of adherents of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad and the murderous
Jamaa al-Islamiya who escaped Egyptian prisons on January 29 at the peak of
the popular revolution which overthrew Hosni Mubarak. The former jailbirds
made a beeline for Sinai and today constitute the hard operational core of
the movement.
4. Al Qaeda adherents, who made their way to Sinai after violent careers in
Afghanistan and Pakistan in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
5. Followers of various Egyptian Sufi and dervish orders.

Biologists have recently discovered a gene that suggests that God may not be
above playing a practical joke on those who reject what His Word says.
Those scientists who believe that natural forces made everything, including
you and me, think that we have inherited all that we are. However, the Bible
says that all living things reproduce "after their kind." Thousands of years
of experience in selective breeding have shown that plants and animals
always reproduce after their own kind. Not only is every known example of a
mutation harmful, but living things resist attempts to change them too much.
Geneticists have discovered a genetic basis for the Bible's statement that
all creatures reproduce after their own kinds. Keep in mind that "species"
and "kinds" are not necessarily the same. Fruit fly studies show that when
some species of fruit fly try to mate with other species, the resulting
offspring are either sterile females or die before maturity. In one
instance, however, some males survive to adulthood. The so-called "rescue"
gene that allows this to happen weakens the general health of the males.
Carriers of the gene are sterile. This leaves a huge mystery for
evolutionists. Think about it. Parents that carry this "rescue" gene don't
benefit from it. Offspring that inherit it can't pass it on. As one
evolutionist said, how could this possibly have evolved?

As usual, this new government initiative has nothing whatsoever to do about
countering "radical terrorism" in our own county and far more about
detailing the exact firepower carried by individual patriots. If a person
can still buy in cash, then the government is hard pressed know exactly what
kinds of potential anti-government people there are and what kind of
firepower they possess.
Remember, we are living in a post-freedom era into the "Brave New World"
where an Absolute Dictatorship is being set in place, piece by piece.
Systematically, the government is setting in place the foundations of this
coming dictatorship. New laws have been enacted and new regulations have
been set in place, which, when enacted, will plunge us all into this
horrific new system..
Let us now return to our featured story for more foreboding news.

How are these businesses being notified of these new regulations?

clerks and others to watch out for 'potential indicators' of terrorism,
including 'paying with cash', having a 'missing hand/fingers', making
'extreme religious statements coupled with comments that are violent or
appear to condone violence' and making bulk purchases of "Meals Ready to
Eat" or 'night flashlights'."
I was amazed that Christianity had not been included in this government
list. But, I read further down in the article:
"The report from the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis defined
right-wing extremism in the U.S. as 'divided into those groups, movements
and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of
particular religious, racial or ethnic groups) and those that are mainly
anti-government, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local
authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups
and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to
abortion or immigration'."
If this is the definition of a "domestic terrorist", then America is closer
to completely repudiating the vision of government upon which our Founding
Fathers established our government.
I learned, in American history, that a true patriot is one who:
1) Believes that local and state governments do take authority over the
Federal Government.
2) Takes matters into his own hands if he feels he must in "single-issue"
campaigns.
3) Must question authority. Supposedly, the Nuremburg trails had settled
this moral fact in stone. At Nuremburg War Crimes trials, defendants were
not allowed to sta nd on the basis that they were simply following orders
when they helped Hitler murder 20 million "undesirables".
Supposedly, Nuremburg boldly stated that no soldier may commit a crime
simply because he was "following orders"; his own internal conscience was a
higher and more nobler standard to which he must attain, even at the risk of
death. Therefore, we were told by Nuremburg judges that we all must distrust
or even oppose orders if we know they violate a more nobler standard of
conduct and living.
4) Believes on the Lord Jesus Christ and who understands that the moral
foundation for this country was laid according to Christian principles.
For the Government to take these kinds of ridiculous and extreme measures
the time of the approaching New World Order of Antichrist must be close at
hand.

this current, Old World Order so that the New World Order.
Do not take his words lightly. Prior to 1930, German journalists continually
assured their readers that Hitler was unelectable on a local level. Once
Hitler was elected as Vice-President, these same journalists argued that
Hitler would no be a threat to the minorities in Germany because, once a
politician assumes office, he begins to moderate his earlier views.
Once many journalists joined Jews and gypsies and other "undesirables" on
the bloody train to execution, they had precious little time to reflect how
they had doom themselves and their families, plus all the innocent people
who chose to stay rather than flee.
Let us pray, that the Holy Spirit will watch over His people with "zealous
determination ... militancy ... of Herculean proportions ".
But, however this matter will be carried out, we will know one thing for
sure: God's prophetic Words will be fulfilled!
