睦美先生のスケジュールに関し、一部日本語訳が抜けておりましたので、改めて送信させていただきます。

皆さん、こんにちは。

今週末は長谷公会堂での最後のクラスとなります。
タリック先生のワークショップはキャンセルとなりましたので、土日とも通常のクラスを行います。
マイソール（キャメロン）10時〜12時、ベーシック（睦美）12:15〜13:45です。

◆置きマットについて
奥の部屋にヨガマットがたくさんあります。
ご自分のヨガマットがある方は、今週末お持ち帰り下さい。
日曜日のベーシッククラス終了時点で残っているマットについては、こちらで処分させていただきます。

◆ありがとう、長谷公会堂！
長谷公会堂と管理人の方には深く感謝したいと思います。ヨガの練習場所として大変素晴らしいスペースを、３年半にわたり継続して使わせていただけたことは本当に有難いことです。

◆睦美先生のスケジュール
9月より、睦美先生のアシュタンガベーシッククラスは長谷の御霊神社（星月会館）にて、隔週（第１と第３）土曜日11:00〜12:30となります。
9/3より始まりますが、9月のクラスは3日のみの開催となります。

Hi Everyone::::

This weekend we will have our final classes. Tarik's workshop is cancelled
so we will have classes on both Saturday and Sunday~ 10-12 Mysore with me,
12:15-13:45 Basics with Mutsumi.

STUDENT YOGA MATS
We have quite a few student's yoga mats in the back room, if one of them is
yours please collect it this weekend. Any mats left at the end of Mutsumi's
Basics class on Sunday will be trashed.

THANK YOU HASE KOKAIDO!
We need to say a big and deep thank you to the Hase Kokaido and it's
management. It has been a truly wonderful space for our yoga practice and
we have been blessed to have been able to use it so consistently these last
three and a half years.

MUTSUMI SCHEDULE
Mutsumi will be teaching an Ashtanga Basics class at Goryo Jinja (Hoshizuki
kaikan) in Hase on the 1st and 3rd Saturday's of each month starting from
September 3rd, 11-12:30. September however there will only be class on the
Saturday the 3rd. For more information please contact Mutsumi directly on
090 4457 2028 and mutsumi.hanzawa@gmail.com

Also at Goryo Jinja on the same days as Mutsumi's class a practice group
"Kula Ashtanga" is welcoming everybody who are practicing Ashtanga yoga,
getting together and practice in Mysore style, 9-11am.
