Parents of little Briana Frye left their Pensacola, Florida home for their
health and safety. The young family was taken into the home of a Nebraskan
family. After seeing what heavy metal ladened rain did to their plants,
Briana's parents, Rick and Lynne Frye researched, learned about the present
Gulf poisons cumulative effects, and then knew that to protect their child,
they needed to leave the Gulf Coast.
Over the weekend, two Pensacola residents reported to Gulf Coast Barefoot
Doctors that they are ill and bleeding internally. These women left their
homes, felt better and the bleeding stopped. Upon returning to their homes,
the bleeding and other symptoms also returned.
Heather Dixey, an avid gardener at her Pensacola home, told the Examiner,
"Before I left for OKC to detox, I started getting crusty, bloody boogers.
The day after I came back, so did the crusty, bloody boogers."
EPA whistleblower, fired for exposing toxins in the September 11, 2001 New
York City mass murder, Hugh Kaufman recently said in a Democracy Now!
interview with Amy Goodman that Corexit is suppose to cause internal

Corexit has been sprayed in unprecedented amounts throughout the Gulf
region, making the toxic crude oil now throughout the Gulf, including in the
air, water and on land, 11 times more deadly according to toxicologists. The
lethal dispersant banned in other countries has been called "Core Exit."
There has additionally been an unprecedented
petrochemical-military-industrial-complex (PMIC) cover-up of the continuing
U.S. crime against humanity occurring in the Gulf of Mexico region, slow
genocide of Americans and ecocide of the planet.
Aside from her internal bleeding, other debilitating physical conditions,
plus her once thriving garden destroyed, Dixey said she discovered Thursday
that "something is eating the paint and right down into the plastic on her
scooter," only on the side of the scooter exposed to rain and only since
Corexit spraying began.
Scientists' call to Obama to halt the Corexit spraying fell on deaf ears.
The spraying continues.
"I've also been sniffling, sneezing & coughing," explained Dixey.
"Before I left, my whole body was vibrating. I had fever and chills along
with such bad chest pain, I had to go to the E.R. My chest was killing me."
At the hospital, Dixey had a blood test and was told that she is "viral" and
has "anxiety." The hospital medical staff gave to Dixey pain killers and
nothing else, saying they did not know what else to do for the condition.
The vibrating, fever and chills have not returned to Dixey so far, but she
said, "I no longer live outside. In fact I go there only when I have to.
"The rain or wet grass burns my skin and every time I go near outside. I get
stinging, tingling and burning here, there, and everywhere which eventually
goes away when I stay inside."
Rick Frye has no college education but that did not stop him from giving a
powerful speech at a recent gathering that the New Pirate Party Canada BP
captured in the video below. His presentation demonstrates his good common
sense, interest in independent research, and a lot of courage to take a
stand against corporate bullying he is enduring now as a whistleblower.
Rick Frye and his wife saw no choice but to leave their home, their other
son with his dad, and along their journey, their dog in Alabama. Frye's
videoed account can be likened to learning about a new trail of tears, the
Gulf Coaster Trail of Tears.
Frye stated, "We can't have our daughter sprayed like a cockroach because
government won't do anything about it."

And yet the global arrogance has bent over backwards to make sure that no
one got the idea that it is attacking Islam or the Qur'an. Khamenei assumes
that the global arrogance is behind Terry Jones because in his country, no
Terry Jones-like figure could arise without government backing.
Here again, the American government has a chance to condemn the madness of
murdering and threatening murder over someone saying he was going to burn
the Qur'an, and to stand for the freedom of expression. But it will once

DAMASCUS, Syria -- Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei,
delivered a fiery address on Monday accusing the United States government of
orchestrating desecrations of the Koran by right-wing American Christian
groups last weekend, Iranian state news agencies reported.
The speech appeared to be part of an effort by Iran's hard-line leaders
to amplify Muslim outrage over scattered gestures to burn or tear pages of
the Koran, in the wake of the threat -- later withdrawn -- by Terry Jones, a
Florida pastor, to burn the Koran on the anniversary of the Sept. 11
terrorist attacks.
In Tehran, about 1,000 protesters chanting "Death to America" and "U.S.
pastor must be killed" clashed with the police and threw stones at the Swiss
Embassy, Reuters reported. The Swiss have handled American interests in Iran
ever since the United States severed diplomatic relations with Tehran after
the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
After Iran's state-owned Press TV ran reports about Koran desecrations
in the United States, India blocked local cable operators from broadcasting
the station in Indian-controlled Kashmir, where angry anti-American protests
have taken place in recent days.
In his speech, Ayatollah Khamenei said "the leaders of the global
arrogance" -- a code for the United States among Iranian conservatives --
had engineered the plot to desecrate the Koran, Press TV and other agencies
reported. He added that "Zionist think tanks which hold the most influence
in the United States government and its security and military organizations"
were also involved.
Ayatollah Khamenei warned people not to believe that isolated right-wing
American Christians were to blame, calling them "puppets" of the government.

Bill Gates' advocacy for "death panels" has caused controversy amongst
conservative commentators, but the real outrage behind the story has been
completely overlooked – the fact that Gates is a hardcore eugenicist and has
called for lowering the global population through vaccines which his
foundation funds to the tune of billions.
Gates' "death panel" comments were actually made over two months ago at the
Aspen Ideas Festival in Aspen Colorado, but they only garnered attention
when the video clip appeared on numerous conservative websites on Sunday,
including Breitbart.tv and The Blaze.
During a question and answer session, Gates implied that elderly patients
undergoing expensive health care treatments should be killed and the money
spent elsewhere.
Gates said there was a "lack of willingness" to consider the question of
choosing between "spending a million dollars on that last three months of
life for that patient" or laying off ten teachers.
"But that's called the death panel and you're not supposed to have that
discussion," added Gates.
The Microsoft owner's advocacy for killing granny in the name of spending
the money elsewhere strikes at the root of why so many Americans are
outraged over Obamacare, which contains as one of its core components a
cost/benefit board which will be able to refuse care to elderly patients,
proving that death panels will indeed come into force despite establishment
media PR campaigns to convince the public otherwise.
Although Americans will be subject to the whims of death panels, the federal
government will "continue to require hospitals to provide emergency
treatment to illegal immigrants at taxpayer expense," the New York Times
reported.

However, the wider significance of Gates' comments has gone completely
unnoticed by those outraged over what he said.
Gates is an avowed eugenicist who is committed to drastically reducing the
world's population in the name of combating global warming. This is alarming
given the fact that the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation funds the
production and distribution of vaccines to the third world.
During a February 2010 TED conference, Gates openly stated that vaccines
would be used to reduce global population and lower CO2 emissions.
Stating that the global population was heading towards 9 billion, Gates
said, "If we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care,
reproductive health services (abortion), we could lower that by perhaps 10
or 15 per cent."

Quite how an improvement in health care and vaccines that supposedly save
lives would lead to a lowering in global population is an oxymoron, unless
Gates was referring to vaccines that sterilize people, which is precisely
the same method advocated in White House science advisor John P. Holdren's
1977 textbook Ecoscience, which calls for a dictatorial "planetary regime"
to enforce draconian measures of population reduction via all manner of
oppressive techniques, including sterilization.
Indeed, As Natural News' Mike Adams revealed, one of the Gates Foundation's
current projects revolves around the funding of a "sterilization program
that would use sharp blasts of ultrasound directed against a man's scrotum
to render him infertile for six months."
"Now, the foundation has funded a new "sweat-triggered vaccine delivery"
program based on nanoparticles penetrating human skin," writes Adams. "The
technology is describes as a way to "…develop nanoparticles that penetrate
the skin through hair follicles and burst upon contact with human sweat to
release vaccines."
The Microsoft founder's advocacy for death panels is a shocking admission,
but it pales in significance when one considers that Gates, as one of the
richest men on the planet who routinely meets with other billionaires to
discuss population reduction efforts, has publicly stated his intention to
use the billions of dollars worth of vaccines that he funds to lower global
population in the third world, which could only be achieved if the vaccines
were designed to forcibly sterilize people without their consent or induce
forced abortions.

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas,
US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and special envoy George Mitchell

unannounced round of talks found them slightly more cheerful than the first.
Netanyahu refused to treat the Palestinian demand to renew the settlement
building freeze which expires in twelve days as a major hurdle, while the
Palestinians agreed to let the talks continue r in Jerusalem Wednesday -
regardless of this impediment.
Egyptian foreign minister Abul Gheit said the talks were serious and
Mitchell called them constructive. They were accompanied by a high alert for
trouble in Israel's military, police and security service, following threats
from Hamas in Gaza to torpedo the process. Tuesday, Hamas's military chief
said only "blood and fire" would serve the Palestinian cause and yield a
state "from the Sea to the River."
Missile attacks from Gaza have meanwhile resumed almost daily, so far
without causing injuries.
However, there is deep concern over the failure of Israeli and Palestinian
security authorities to lay hands on the Hamas gang which struck on the West
Bank twice in two weeks - first murdering four Israeli civilians near Hebron
on Aug. 30 and injuring a couple north of Ramallah on Sept. 1.
Thursday, Sept. 9, an Iranian-made Grad aimed at Sderot exploded outside a
kibbutz. Fragments confirming the type of weapon used were discovered
Monday, Sept. 13.
Israel is alerted to the possibility of Hamas carrying out its first missile
attack from the West Bank - aimed at such close-range targets as Jerusalem,
the Tel Aviv region or even inside the West Bank.
Palestinian security forces have rounded up hundreds of suspected Hamas
terrorists but failed to turn up any leads to the perpetrators who are still
at large. The Israeli hunt is hindered by Hamas' use of unknown operatives,
most likely imported from Lebanon or Syria.

the West Bank and the units guarding the Gaza border are in a state of
preparedness.
The declared ultimate aim of the Israeli-Palestinian negotiations is the
establishment of a sovereign Palestinian state beside a secure Israel. The
parties are dickering initially over what issue should have priority on the
agenda - borders, as the Palestinians want, or security, as demanded by
Israel. However, both parties as well as the Obama administration do not
realistically expect the final outcome of their direct talks to move in the
year allotted to the process beyond a non-binding framework referring in
general terms to the core issues of the conflict.
President Barak Obama will be able to present this document as the fruit of
his personal intervention for bringing the Israelis and Palestinians into
direct talks, one which importantly laid the groundwork for progress toward
a final solution of the Middle East conflict to be achieved some years in
the future.
It will enable Netanyahu to claim he advanced on the road to peace without
giving ground on Israel's essential political and security interests. It
means he can hold his coalition government together and face down criticism.
As the Sharm talks began, fifteen Israeli cabinet ministers and the Knesset
Speaker declared their opposition to any further freezes on building in the
Jewish settlements in an open letter. This large bloc will also keep a sharp
eye out for concessions they regard as inimical to Israel's interests.
Abbas can hold up the document in Ramallah as proof of his success in
winning US endorsement for Palestinian territorial demands.
The talks will most likely stumble forward toward this modest finale between
ups and downs and crises, which all three parties will present to their
constituencies at home as tactical success against impossible odds.

Enough's enough: Obama has conceded ineligibility

For more than two years now, I have given Barack Obama the benefit of the
doubt.
That may be hard to fathom for some because of my admittedly relentless and
tireless pursuit of the truth about his origins and his constitutional
eligibility for office.
After all, I am the guy who has posted this question on billboards across
America: "Where's the birth certificate?"
But I really have given Obama the benefit of the doubt until now. I have
asked the questions and directed the investigative reporting that has
changed America's political landscape on the eligibility question. WND
conducted the first national poll on this subject 15 months ago. Back then,
we were shocked that 50 percent of Americans knew there was a controversy
about his birth certificate and his eligibility – because WND is the only
news organization in the country that pursued the story. Today, the latest
polls show 58 percent of Americans don't believe Obama's story and suspect
he is not eligible to serve.
That is a big shift in public opinion in a short period of time.
During that time, despite suggestions to the contrary, I never accused Obama
of being born elsewhere. I never concluded he is constitutionally
ineligible. I avoided speculation on what we might find if Obama ever did
willingly and openly release his records as other presidents and
presidential candidates have.
However, when Barack Obama insinuated to Brian Williams of NBC that he had
done everything he could to quell America's curiosity and doubts about his
constitutional eligibility for office – turning his own cover-up into an
indictment of the people – I say the time for deference is over.

"I can't spend all of my time with my birth certificate plastered on my
forehead," Obama told Williams in an interview on NBC's Nightly News.
With this kind of arrogance after the patience the American people have
demonstrated over this matter, I'd say it's time to conclude that he is
ineligible for office. He's had plenty of time to provide the evidence to
clear himself of this charge, this suspicion, this indictment in the form of
overwhelming public opinion.
He has failed to answer the charge. He has failed to enter a plea. He has
failed to show up for a hearing. Therefore, I no longer afford him the
presumption of innocence.
It's time to recognize what we have serving in the White House today – a
pretender, a usurper, an arrogant narcissist who believes it's beneath him
to answer the questions of the public and to demonstrate his worthiness for
office.
He's like the suspect who refuses to come to court for adjudication. Sooner
or later, the judge throws him in jail, recognizing that the presumption of
innocence only goes so far.
Many in Washington, who are complicit in Obama's eligibility charade, and
the establishment news media, who failed to provide the appropriate
journalistic diligence and curiosity to hold Obama accountable, are still
wishing, hoping and praying this issue and the public interest in it just
fades away.
That isn't going to happen.
And for those who agree with me, it's time to ratchet up the pressure.
Let's just agree that Obama's indifference to calls from the public for
transparency and honesty strongly suggests he has something to hide. Since
he is a public servant sworn to uphold the Constitution, it is long past
time for him to come clean, lay his cards on the table and prove his
eligibility. We've given him that opportunity, and he has insulted those of
us who now represent an overwhelming majority by political standards.
Instead, he dishonestly plays the victim role, pretending he has done
everything he can reasonably do to settle the matter.
Get the new, free, landmark study clearly showing why it's time for a
reckoning on Obama's eligibility!
So, right here and now, I declare the president ineligible by default. Maybe
he can prove I'm wrong. Maybe he can't. But the people cannot be expected to
prove a negative.
I feel confident we'll soon learn the truth.
* What percentage of the public would have to express doubts about
Obama's eligibility before it became a real story to the news media?
* What percentage of the public would have to express doubts about
Obama's eligibility before he would condescend to providing the most basic
evidence required for evaluation?
* What percentage of the public would have to express doubts about
Obama's eligibility before controlling legal authorities at the state and
federal level take appropriate actions to hold him accountable and to ensure
America never faces another problem like this in the future?

Expert on Morality Is on Leave After Research Inquiry

Marc Hauser, a Harvard academic who gained prominence with the publication
of a book on the origin of morality, has gone on leave after an
investigation by the university into problems with his research.
Dr. Hauser, whose field is the comparison of human and animal minds, is the
author of "Moral Minds: How Nature Designed Our Universal Sense of Right and
Wrong."
A Harvard press officer, Jeff Neal, at first refused to confirm that Dr.
Hauser was on leave or that Harvard had conducted any investigation. But a
message on Dr. Hauser's laboratory phone says he will be on leave until the
fall of 2011, and at least two scientific journals are acknowledging
problems in Dr. Hauser's articles that were brought to light by an internal
Harvard inquiry.
The journal Cognition published an article by Dr. Hauser and others in 2002
saying that tamarin monkeys could learn certain rules much as human infants
do. The journal is about to run a retraction saying that an internal
examination by Harvard "found that the data do not support the reported
findings."

"We therefore are retracting this article," it continues. "MH accepts
responsibility for the error." The initials M.H. refer to Dr. Hauser.
Harvard's silence about the nature of the problem in Dr. Hauser's laboratory
has stirred concern among other researchers who fear their field will be
discredited unless the full facts are made known.
"I think that Harvard has to make public what they found," said Herbert
Terrace, a professor of psychology at Columbia University. "They say they
have to protect Harvard and Hauser, but how about protecting the field?"
Dr. Hauser is one of Harvard's most visible academics, being frequently
quoted in articles about language, animals' cognitive abilities and the
biological basis of morality. He is widely regarded as a star in his field.
Dr. Hauser is a fluent and persuasive writer, and his undoing seems to have
been his experiments, many of which depended on videotaping cotton-topped
tamarin monkeys and noting their responses. It is easy for human observers
to see the response they want and so to be fooled by the monkeys.
Dr. Terrace said there had been problems for some time with Dr. Hauser's
work.
"First there was arbitrary interpretation of the videotapes to suit the
hypothesis," he said. "The other was whether the data was real. There have
been a number of papers using videotape, and all of them have to be reviewed
to see if the data holds up."
